  • Communicating with my insurance company and researching/communicating with hospitals. 12 hours
  • Visiting the UK doctor. 1hour
  • Collecting paperwork, receipts and completing claims forms. 10 hours
  • Attending appointments and operation in Bangkok. 37 hours
  • Total estimated time: 64 hours

And last but not least, my knee will take 6 months to fully recover without being able to live my normal active lifestyle.
