This week, the man who has been dubbed as “Bush on steroids” joked that:

“[Selling cigarettes to Iran was] maybe a way of killing ‘em”. (Source)

Message to America: if you elect this lunatic as your leader, don’t come running to the UK for support in a war against Iran. We’re not interested.

Mankind, yeah that’s a funny comment. More amusing for me is his reference to ‘phony soundbites’ later in the piece … having repeated this statement SIX times:
“That’s not good enough for America. And when I’m President, it won’t be good enough for me.”

Dubya worst president? I think to qualify for that honour, you need to have actually made a real impact … much as he’s annoyed the world, it’s America rather than his presidency for mine – ie. he’s the symptom rather than the cause. To be truly responsible, I reckon the policies would have to unreservedly his (so maybe the “Neo-cons” take the honour instead ;o)

Still, I don’t think McCain will get the nomination – much as the idea of New Yorker vs New Yorker doesn’t sound plausible to me, Clinton vs Giuliani seems the most likely bet …
